چکیده
Context. Kepler-444 is one of the oldest planetary systems known thus far. Its peculiar configuration consisting five sub-Earth-sized planets orbiting companion to a binary stellar system makes its early history puzzling. Moreover, observations HI-Ly α variations raise many questions about potential presence escaping atmospheres today. Aims. We aim study orbital evolution Kepler-444-d and Kepler-444-e impact atmospheric evaporation on Kepler-444-e. Methods. Rotating models Kepler-444-A were computed with Geneva code coupled an code, accounting for effects dynamical, equilibrium tides evaporation. The impacts multiple rotational histories X-ray extreme ultraviolet (XUV) luminosity evolutionary tracks are explored. Results. Using detailed rotating able reproduce rotation rate Kepler-444-A, we find that observed perfectly in line what expected this old K0-type star, indicating there no reason it be exceptionally active as would required explain from origin. show given low mass (~0.03 M ⊕ ) relatively large distance (~0.06 AU) e, dynamical negligibly affect their orbits, regardless considered. point out instead how remarkable estimation lifetime loss that, even case extremely slow seems unlikely such planet could retain fraction initial water-ice content if assume formed Ganymede-like composition.

The Worst iris claw intraocular lens (IOL) (ArtisanTM, VerisyseTM) has been in use for many years as an anterior chamber IOL in aphakic eyes without capsular support. Amar (1) was the first author to suggest a retropupillary implantation as an alternative method to the anterior fixation. However, because of the possibility of pigment dispersion due to rubbing of the anterior IOL surface at the ...

The mammalian brain maintains few developmental niches where neurogenesis persists into adulthood. One niche is located in the olfactory system where the olfactory bulb continuously receives functional interneurons. In vivo two-photon microscopy of lentivirus-labeled newborn neurons was used to directly image their development and maintenance in the olfactory bulb. Timelapse imaging of newborn ...

Silybin, a major pharmacologically active compound in silymarin, has been widely used in combination with other prescriptions in the clinic to treat hepatitis and a host of other diseases. Previous studies suggested that silybin is a potential inhibitor of multiple drug-metabolizing enzymes (DMEs); however, the in vitro to in vivo translation and the mechanisms involved remain established. The ...

3-n-Butylphthalide (NBP) is a cardiovascular drug currently used for the treatment of cerebral ischemia. The present study aims to investigate the metabolism, pharmacokinetics, and excretion of NBP in humans and identify the enzymes responsible for the formation of major metabolites. NBP underwent extensive metabolism after an oral administration of 200 mg NBP and 23metabolites were identified ...
